מסעדת השף Don Camillo 

מהווה מחווה עדכנית למסעדות איטלקיות-אמריקאיות, שהיו חלק בלתי נפרד מהתרבות הקולינרית בניו יורק של אמצע המאה ה-20. התפריט מושפע מאותה תקופה, אך מורכב בעיקרו מחומרי גלם מקומיים, בהשפעה ים-תיכונית ניכרת ובעלת טעמים משובחים ואיכותיים.

המסעדה ממוקמת במלון The Jaffa, מלון היוקרה החדש בתל אביב-יפו. היא מכילה 124 מקומות ישיבה, חלקם בבניין ההיסטורי מהמאה ה19 וחלקם בחצר הקסומה. ג'ון פאוסון, האדריכל בעל השם העולמי, שחזר במשך 14 את החלל ההיסטורי.

DON CAMILLO 

Don Camillo is a classic Italian restaurant that was born from the collaboration of renowned Israeli Chef Roi Antebi and Major Food Group, a world leader in food, beverage and hospitality. It represents a convergence of Italy, New York, and the Mediterranean to create food that is rooted in Italian tradition and explosive in flavor. Every piece of meat, fish and produce come from carefully curated local sources.

The restaurant is located in The Jaffa, Tel Aviv's newest luxury hotel. It holds 124 seats, split between the historic 19th century building and the lush courtyard. The restaurant was designed by world famous architect John Pawson, who has spent the last 14 years restoring this historic space
